Individuals interested in attending any of the Kids Workshop seminars/conferences must complete an application form on our website, specifically for the seminars they wish to attend.
Completing the application does not imply commitment to participation. Rather, it serves as a means of sharing necessary contact information. Once the application has been submitted, an email will be sent containing details of the desired course and instructions for securing a place.

After following the instructions sent by email and making the required payment for the workshop, inform us via email at info@kids-workshop.gr about the payment.
After verification by Kids Workshop, a confirmation email will be sent in response to your notification. Please note that transfers from banks other than Piraeus Bank may take up to three business days to process. It is important to note that submitting an application without paying the fees as directed does not guarantee participation in the workshop or a reserved seat. To secure your place in the seminar, interested parties must make a valid and full payment, fully following the instructions provided.
To participate in the seminars, the required tax documents are submitted in accordance with the relevant legislation. These documents act as evidence of the services provided to each participant, with invoices issued for freelancers and businesses and receipts for individuals, in accordance with applicable invoicing regulations.
If an invoice needs to be issued, participants are required to submit their invoicing information to info@kids-workshop.gr no later than five days before the seminar. Otherwise, a receipt will be issued for the services provided for their participation in a seminar.
The document will be sent to the entrant's provided email address, or an alternate email address specified by the entrant, prior to issuing the document
Unless otherwise notified by Kids Workshop, delivery of documents via email will be completed within one week of completion of the workshop.
Kids Workshop has no obligation to provide a full or partial refund of fees paid unless one of the following occurs:
☑️If the organizers cancel the seminar.
☑️If all available places in the seminar are filled by people who have completed their registration according to the order of priority.
Η επιστροφή χρημάτων (και εφόσον έχετε πληρώσει ολόκληρο το ποσό του σεμιναρίου) υπάρχει 50€ χρέωση για κάθε δηλωμένο σεμινάριο, υπάρχει επιβάρυνση για τα τραπεζικά έξοδα. Η ζήτηση της επιστροφής υπολογίζεται ως: *0-7 μέρες πριν την έναρξη του σεμιναρίου: 0% επιστροφή, *8-14 μέρες πριν την έναρξη του σεμιναρίου: 25% επιστροφή-50€-τραπεζικά έξοδα, *15-21 μέρες πριν την έναρξη του σεμιναρίου: 50% επιστροφή-50€-τραπεζικά έξοδα, *21+ μέρες πριν την έναρξη του σεμιναρίου: 75% επιστροφή-50€-τραπεζικά έξοδα.
Refunds for charges will be processed within 15 days from the date of providing the customer's bank account details.

Λάβετε υπόψη ότι είναι δυνατή η αντικατάσταση των συμμετεχόντων αλλάζοντας τα ονόματα που σχετίζονται με την εγγραφή. Προτείνεται στους συμμετέχοντες που ταξιδεύουν με ΜΜΜ να επιλέγουν εισιτήρια με δυνατότητα επιστροφής χρημάτων ή αλλαγής σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης σεμιναρίου.
Where a group registration discount is offered for a particular workshop, the group must register up to seven days prior to the workshop date. Group registration is done by sending an email with the names of the members to the specified email address by a member or representative of the group.
*The above registration can be done before or after the payment of the fees, which is necessary to reserve a place in the seminar.
*Additional participants cannot be added to the group after registration.
In the event that a discount is offered for undergraduate colleagues or unemployed people in a specific laboratory, proof of student status or unemployment is required to benefit from the discount. This receipt should be emailed along with the deposit/payment information to the specified email address. The supporting documents presented must be valid during the month of the seminar. Verification of student status or unemployment may be re-verified by Kids Workshop one week prior to the workshop date.

☑️Each seminar provides participants with the specific material referred to in the seminar content. If the seminar is interpreted in Greek, the training material provided may be in English or translated accordingly.
☑️After the seminar, participants will receive the attendance certificate within one week from the university. The certificate will be sent via email. Please note that active participation throughout the seminar is required to receive the letter.
1. Before the webinar, make sure you are signed in to the application Zoom, which you have already downloaded.
2. Open the email and click on the webinar link. Note that you must open the link from the device on which you have the Zoom app installed.
3. In the box that appears, click on “Open Zoom Meetings” (“Open Zoom Meetings”).
4. A box appears that says “Connecting". Please wait.
5. In the “Video Preview” box, select “Join with Video” to continue.
6. The box that says “Connecting". Please wait.
7. A box will appear with the message “Please wait! You will be connected to the live webinar shortly". Please wait in this waiting room until your participation is approved.
8. In the next box that appears, select “Join with Computer Audio” to connect and listen to the webinar with the sound of your computer. Make sure your speakers, camera and microphone are working normally. This can be done through the Zoom app settings.
We appreciate each participant's effort, but recommend early preparation and verification of their connections. We suggest pointing out that logging into the webinar is the responsibility of each participant.

We invite participants to self-test their connection prior to the webinar to ensure stable operation. This includes checks on the networks, the device, and the applications they use. For any technical difficulty (eg sound, internet speed) in Kids Workshop, our staff does not provide support and will not answer related queries.
Each participant is required to have their camera and microphone active during the webinar. Also, it must be visible to the speaker for active monitoring.
To select the desired interpretation language during the live webinar, follow the instructions below:
1. At the top right of the screen is the indication “View". Click to select your preferred view.
2. Tap the “Interpretation” 🌐 that appears.
3. Select the language in which you wish to listen to the seminar (eg, English for an English introduction).
